Film Inspirations

Some of the Idea that I am Taking from is The Good Place and Bruce Almighty. Both of these films deal with the afterlife in some aspects. I want my film to really question what happens after people die. In The Good Place in some of the first episodes, the main characters have an entrance exam into 'the good place' or heaven loosely. I want to further explain that process in my magical world.

After hard consideration,  chosen option number 3!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Throughout my process, I think that it makes the most sense to do something that I am emotionally invested with. For option 3, I have been speaking with my mother and I can honestly say that my ideas are more developed. The other ideas I will definitely explore later, but for now, let's talk about The Interview. 

Senior Show Ideas

Idea #1

 Mel is sent into a whirlwind of different emotions at her job when she finds out that her ex-boyfriend blocked her off of social media. During her shift, Mel recalls the events that led to the demise of her relationship.

Idea #2

Drowning is a action Sci-fi short film about a young man in his 20’s named James Peterson that gets into trouble when his gang leader kills the wrong people.  James is in a gang with his friend and works for an even bigger gang leader that gives them an impossible task that leads to their demise. Jame Peterson always believed in Water woman. The water woman or ‘The Woes’ are dangerous sea woman that create trouble for any men that come into to contact with them. When Jame starts to get into trouble with the lifestyle that he lives he turns to the one thing that always gets him into more trouble than the love that he gets from them, woman.  

Idea #3

Three people from all walks of life share one brief moment in time when they are waiting to be interviewed. Keith, Destiny and Harriet discover more about themselves and each other then could ever thought possible.
